If the ATO approves your early access to super application, there is no need to contact us. We will process your payment within 5 business days of the ATO letting us know, and the money will be in your bank account within a further 3 to 5 business days.

We will send you an email or SMS notification once the ATO has approved payment. You will also receive notification when we process payment into your nominated account.

What is the process for early access to your super?

Call times: We are experiencing longer than usual call wait times, and appreciate your patience in this challenging time.

Member reception: Our member reception in Brisbane is open 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. For the health and wellbeing of our members, staff and the wider community, we can only allow a maximum of 10 people at any time. Thank you for your patience.

Email enquiries: We are working hard to answer a high volume of enquiries at the moment. It may take up to five working days to get back to you.
