Financial adviser registration

To ensure you’re paid for your hard work and you have access to client information, register as financial adviser with Sunsuper. Refer to Advice fees and Payment of fees and FAQ's for more information.

Once your registration is approved, you can:

  • Access Adviser Online to see up-to-date client details
  • Request an advice fee to be paid

You’ll receive confirmation of registration and Adviser Online password within 2 business days, provided your request is completed correctly and we’ve received a legible copy of your driver’s licence.

If you do not hear from us within 2 business days, please call us on 1800 142 470.

I declare that:
  • Once I have been provided with Adviser Online, my password will be mine only, and that I am at all times solely responsible for ensuring the security of it.
  • I will notify Sunsuper immediately in the event that I have been provided access to information that I do not believe I should have access to, or in the event that the security of my password may have been compromised.
  • Any advice fees that I request to be deducted from a Sunsuper member’s account will meet the sole purpose test, and other provisions, as outlined in Advice fees and Payment of fees and FAQs.
  • I have read, understood, and agree to allow Sunsuper to collect my personal information in accordance with Sunsuper’s Privacy Policy.
  • I have read and agree to the full Adviser registration terms and conditions and have considered these Terms and Conditions in accordance with all other legal obligations I currently have.
