SuperRatings awarded us their Best New Innovation award for our Sunsuper for Life Income account, at their 2017 Fund of the Year awards. This award recognised features like an easily activated income account, and a retirement bonus for eligible members.
At the 2016 Rainmaker Excellence Awards we were awarded Workplace Insurance Offering of the Year. This award recognises our market-leading insurance offering which includes early intervention, rehabilitation and TPD Assist.
In early 2016, our dedication to delivering the best for members and employers was recognised at the Chant West Fund Awards 2016, where Sunsuper took home both the Best Fund: Integrity and Corporate Solutions Fund of the year awards.
We were also awarded the Chant West Best Fund: Member Services Award for three years in a row to 2015.
Sunsuper’s contact centre has been recognised for its industry-leading customer service for the third year running. The Service Excellence in a Medium Contact Centre Award (under 100 employees) is given out annually by the Customer Service Institute of Australia to recognise high standards of management, training, processes, and commitment to excellence within customer service organisations.
This year we were again awarded with the highest possible ratings from a number of the nation’s key superannuation ratings agencies, Canstar, Chant West, The Heron Partnership and SuperRatings. We received the exclusive 6 Star Quality rating from Heron Partnership for our Sunsuper for Life product, as the Top Rated Superannuation Product for 2016/17 and 2017.
