Find my other super

When we change jobs, we sometimes leave our super behind. And it’s not always easy to remember all of your accounts.

So let us help. Simply give us your consent, supply your Tax File Number (TFN) and we’ll provide a secure search on your behalf to track down all of your lost and unclaimed super.

Consolidating your super

In Australia, there’s over $14 billion of lost and unclaimed super. Do you know where all your super is?

If you’ve had more than one job, there’s a good chance you may have ended up with more than one super account. And more than one account, means more fees. Over time, your money may have been transferred to the ATO as lost or unclaimed superannuation. Sunsuper can help you track it all down!

If you’d like for us to provide a secure search now, just give us the okay and we’ll track it down for you.

Yes, let's find all my super

How will you find my other super?

After you provide your TFN and consent to letting us search, we will search for your  other super – to the extent that the law allows. To find your super, we will use the Australia Taxation Office's (ATO) SuperMatch Program.

Under this program, the ATO supplies participating Australian super funds with details of other super accounts for their members, so the fund can contact these members and unite them with their lost, unclaimed or other super.

Your TFN will be treated with the strictest confidentiality and will only be used for lawful purposes.

If we find money with the ATO, this will normally be transferred automatically into your Sunsuper account. If we find money with other funds, we’ll be in touch to help you combine them into Sunsuper.

Already know where your other super is?

If we find money with the ATO, this will normally be transferred automatically into your Sunsuper account. If we find money with other funds, we’ll be in touch to help you combine them into Sunsuper. You can use our rollover tool to combine your super accounts.
