Advice over the phone

When you need more specific advice about your financial situation, the qualified financial advisers in our Member Advice Centre (MAC) can help you with:

  • retirement planning strategy,
  • investment choice,
  • protecting your family and assets with income protection and life insurance,
    salary sacrifice and government co-contribution,
  • combining your super funds,
  • accessing age pension benefits from the government.

Again, there is no additional cost for this service. Get in touch with the MAC by calling 13 11 84 between 8.00am and 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. Or, request a callback from the MAC team at a time that suits you.

Face-to-face seminars

We hold regular complimentary seminars across a range of locations for our members and their guests on topics like “why it’s important to invest’, ‘simple ways to build your super’ and ‘how to manage your income when you retire’.

Our experts will take you through step-by-step and are available during and after the seminar to answer your questions face-to-face.

National Advice Panel (NAP)
