The Sunsuper app FAQs

Who can use the app?

If you’re a Sunsuper member with online access, you can use the app. If you joined Sunsuper using our online application form, you’ve been automatically registered for online access. If you joined Sunsuper any other way (e.g. through your employer), you can register for online account access in just a few steps.

What if I don’t have online access?

Register for online access to your account. Registering is easy and should only take a few minutes.

Where can I get the Sunsuper app?

Head to the App Store or Google Play to download the Sunsuper app.

Is the app available for my type of phone?

The app is downloadable for smartphones using either iOS or Android operating systems.

How do I log into the app?

To login, just use you Sunsuper online account login details. Once you have logged in you can set up Touch ID or 4Pin access or future logins.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

Don’t worry, we can get you back online in just a few clicks. We just need to verify a few details first. Once we’ve identified your account, we’ll send you a One Time PIN so you can reset your password. You’ll need to log into the web version of Member Online to complete the process. You can then return to the mobile app and enter the password you just created through the browser.

How do I enable Touch ID and/or 4Pin access?

Login using your Sunsuper online account login details. Once you have logged in, go to Profile > Settings and under 'PIN settings' select enable Touch ID and/or 4Pin access.

Is the app secure?

Yes, the app has high level security features to protect your super account and member details.

Can I update my details via the app?

Yes. You can view and update your contact details via the app. You can also verify your mobile and email address. Just go to Profile > Contact details. You’ll need to log into Member Online in order to change your last name.

Can I give a new employer your Sunsuper details from the app?

You can use the app to email your new employer your Sunsuper details. Go to More > Changing jobs and get a pre-filled form generated and emailed straight to yourself or your new employer.

Can I access Dream Rewards on the app?

Yes. Just click on Rewards to access special deals and discounts through the Sunsuper app.

Can I see a quick balance of my account?

Yes, if you have one account with Sunsuper, you can select Profile > Settings > Enable quick balance to see your last account balance and membership details without having to login. If you have more than one account with Sunsuper you won’t be able to see the balance of your accounts using quick balance. Once enabled, the ‘Show quick balance’ option will appear each time you access the app.

Can I use the app to consolidate my super?

Yes. Go to More > Manage your super > Consolidating your super. We’ll first ask you to confirm your identity, then step you through the process.

Can I change the way my super is invested via the app?

Yes. Switch your investment options with ease and quickly preview how your investments are allocated. Go to More > Your account > Manage investments and click on ‘Change investments’ and we’ll step you through the process.

Can I make changes to my insurance through the app?

Not at this time. You can, however, check your level of cover via the app. You can apply to increase, reduce or cancel your insurance cover any time through Member Online or by contacting us on 13 11 84.

Can I view my annual statement on the app?

Yes. Go to More > Your account > Statements & letters where you can view your annual statements and letters from us.

Can I make withdrawals or change my regular income payments on the app?

Not at this time. You can, however, keep an eye on your balance and transaction history using the app. You can make withdrawals or change your income payments any time through Member Online.
