Advice over the phone

The qualified Sunsuper financial advisers in our member advice centre can provide advice over the phone about superannuation and your Sunsuper account. They can also tell you more about our SunTracker financial advice program that can help you dream, plan and achieve your retirement goals.

Advice face to face

Our panel of accredited external financial advisers can provide you with more in-depth, personal advice on investments, insurance, Centrelink entitlements and multiple income sources as well as your super. Fees for advice regarding super can be paid from your Sunsuper account.

The Nanna Test

Every external adviser we refer our members to has been assessed by Sunsuper. We’ve met them and forged relationships with them. We ask ourselves, “Is this someone I’d be comfortable providing advice to my grandmother?” We call it the “Nanna Test,” and we take it very seriously.
