We've updated our forms and documents

In March, we updated our member forms and documents to incorporate the changes resulting from the Putting Members’ Interests First (PMIF) legislation.

Updated documents include:
  • New starter flyer
  • Product Disclosure Statement (PDS)
  • Guides, and
  • Member forms, including Membership Application form.

These have been uploaded to your Sunsuper microsite.

Please take the time to update any previous versions of these documents you have on file.

It’s particularly important that you replace any copies of the PDS and Membership application form you may include in staff onboarding as the updated documents and form contains details of the new insurance offer and allows new members the opportunity to opt-in to insurance cover early. Where a member does not opt in early, insurance will be applied when they attain the age of 25 and have a balance of $6,000.
