Upcoming improvements for Member and Adviser Online

Lodging new member and pension applications

After generating a Membership application in Adviser Online you will be able to immediately generate an Income account request. For the best experience, please submit the signed Income Account request after all funds have been received. You’ll be able to track this in Adviser Online.

We are also working to be able to launch this functionality to other Adviser Online digital forms.

Binding death benefit nominations

From mid-May, binding death benefit nominations can be renewed digitally in Member Online for members who have only ever held one Sunsuper account. This will replace the need for those members to complete a binding nomination renewal form.

Members who have held more than one Sunsuper account will continue to receive a hard-copy renewal form via post. This includes Income account members.

This change is part of our ongoing focus on reducing forms and simplifying the experience.
