Terms and Conditions of entry

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. The Promoter is Sunsuper Pty Ltd ABN 88 010 720 840, as Trustee and issuer for the Sunsuper Superannuation Fund, ABN 98 503 137 921, 30 Little Cribb Street, Milton QLD 4064, phone 13 11 84.
  3. Directors, management, employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Sunsuper Pty Ltd, and other agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter this completion.
  4. Entry is limited to members of Sunsuper who have been sent the offer to enter by direct mail.
  5. Entry is only available to residents of Queensland.
  6. To enter and be eligible to win, Sunsuper must receive an employer-paid ‘SG’ contribution on behalf of the participant by 01/08/2011.
  7. There is only one entry per person.
  8. The competition commences on 15/02/2011 at 9.00am (AEST) and concludes on 01/08/2011 at 5.00pm (AEST). Entries received after this time will not be considered.
  9. The draw will take place on 22/08/2011 at 10.00am (AEST) at Sunsuper Pty Ltd, Level 5, 30 Little Cribb Street, Milton, QLD 4064.
  10. The first five entries randomly drawn will win one FLIP Ultra III High Definition Pocket Video (8 GB) valued at $259 including GST.
  11. The prize cannot be taken as cash and is not transferable.
  12. The prize winner will be notified in writing within five days of the draw and by phone as soon as possible after the draw. Sunsuper Pty Ltd will deliver the prize to the winner at no charge after notification.
  13. If Sunsuper is unable to contact the winner by phone, email or letter (in the event of an unclaimed prize draw), Sunsuper will redraw a winner from the competition entries on 28/11/2011 at 10:00am (AEST).
  14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, misdirected entries, or entries not received from any reason during the competition period, or for any periods of unavailability or technical difficulties with the entry mechanism.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof residency at the nominated delivery address, and/or proof of entry validity.
  16. The prize value is the recommended retail value as provided by the prize suppliers and is correct at the time of printing. The prize value is in Australian Dollars.
  17. In the event that the prize is not available for purchase at the time of the draw, a prize of equal or greater value will be offered to the winners.
  18. The judge’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  19. The promoter takes no responsibility for the prize being damaged in transit or for any delay in delivery of the prize.
  20. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
