We were also awarded SuperRatings’ Pension Fund of the Year for our value-for-money Income account offering, as well as Super Review’s Best Corporate Solutions, and Chant West’s Member Services Best Fund and Corporate Solutions Fund of the Year.

Recognition for Sunsuper’s customer contact centre
The consistently outstanding customer service provided by our customer contact centre has also been awarded for the fourth year running. In November 2017, the Customer Service Institute of Australia awarded Sunsuper the 2017 Service Excellence – Large Business award. In 2014, 2015 and 2016, we were awarded the Service Excellence – Medium Contact Centre award. The awards are given out annually to recognise high standards of management, training, processes and commitment to excellence within customer service organisations.
