How you log into Member Online is changing – from Thursday 15th April, 2021, you’ll need to log into the new version of Member Online.
Important: Your login details are not changing, you’ll continue to use your existing member number and password to login. With the new version of Member Online you have the option of using your verified email or member number (either will work).
What is changing?
From Thursday 15th April the old version of Member Online will no longer be available – you will be automatically redirected to the new version of Member Online. The new version of Member Online has exactly the same features as the previous version but offers improved security.
Introducing the new account dashboard
In the new version of Member Online, you will find a tailored dashboard we've created just for you. From your dashboard, you can:
- View your super balance
- View investment option(s) returns
- Check your insurance status
Is the Sunsuper mobile app changing?
Our mobile app is not affected, this change only affects Member Online. Learn more about the Sunsuper mobile app.
