Add to your super account on an ongoing or one-time basis in Member Online. Paying even a small amount can make a big difference to your retirement savings, and you may be eligible for a tax deduction.

Save time and secure your account using your driver license, Australian passport or Medicare card with our Identification Document check.

If you’ve got more than one super fund, it’s likely you’re paying multiple sets of fees. Search for your lost and other super and consider consolidating1 to put all your super in one fund. Just choose ‘Consolidate your super’ in Member Online and we’ll step you through the process.

Check how much you and your employer have contributed to your super account, any insurance costs that have come out and the fees you’ve paid.

Need access to your account statements? They’re available to view and download from Member Online. We’ll also notify you of any activity that affects your accounts including responses to secure emails in ‘Your messages’ and provide copies of any letters we’ve sent you.

Resetting your password

Some members experience issues resetting their password or registering for Member Online due to the following reasons:
  • A typo or incorrect data when your account was setup by a third party (e.g. date of birth, mobile, email or either your first name, second name or surname). There are other ways we can identify you and help you to recover your login details, please contact us.
  • New corporate members account not yet set up. Please check the transition dates with your employer contact us.

Login not displaying error message

If you enter incorrect login details an error message will not be displayed due to a technical issue. When you click the “log in” button and your login details are incorrect, it will appear as if the page refreshed without doing anything. If you experience this issue, please check your login details are correct and try again, or if you’re still having trouble please contact us.

Verification codes

Some members experience issues receiving verification codes.

  • Delays with codes sent via email - Please try using SMS option. If you're still having trouble, please contact us.
  • International mobiles not receiving codes - Members living overseas sometimes experience issues receiving verification code to their international mobile numbers.

Not receiving an email

If you have not received an email, double check your junk folder. If you're still having trouble, please contact us.
