Q: What is My2cents all about?
A: My2cents is an online research community provided by Australian Retirement Trust. Inside the community, you can share your feedback on Australian Retirement Trust as well as many other topics through online surveys. The feedback you provide is taken seriously and will help Australian Retirement Trust improve its products and services so we can better serve our members.
Q: What is an online research community?
A: An online research community is a group of individuals with similar interests and experiences, who have voluntarily chosen and signed up to participate in online research studies about various topics related to their common interests.
Q: Who is on the My2cents community?
A: Participants of the My2cents community are Australian Retirement Trust members who are interested in sharing their opinions about their experiences with superannuation and Australian Retirement Trust products and services.
Q: How many surveys do members of the community receive?
A: Community participants can expect to be contacted no more than once or twice a month, however Australian Retirement Trust would encourage members to participate in as many surveys that they are invited to undertake. The reason for this is that it allows us to improve our programs and services by gaining a holistic understanding of our members’ experience.
Q: What types of surveys will members participate in? How long will they be?
A: All surveys will be designed to be short and concise - we respect and value our members’ time. Surveys will be designed to assess a member’s experience, our performance and to identify areas where improvement may be required. They will also be designed to capture information on member satisfaction with service, communications and accountability. Member views, ideas, and opinions are important and matter to us.
Q: How do members complete a survey?
A: Members will be emailed invitations to surveys, which they will then complete online.
Q: How long will it take to complete each survey?
A: Members will typically have anywhere from 3 days to one week to complete each survey.
Q: Are there any prizes for filling out the surveys?
A: 4 lucky winners will receive $100 Coles Myer gift card. Each survey completed by a member will enter them into the monthly draw. Members can complete each survey only once. Please note, entry into the prize draw is for Australian residents over 18 who receive an invite to participate in the Australian Retirement Trust My2cents community only.
Q: How long will I remain a part of the community?
A: You may remain on the My2cents community as long as you are actively participating in surveys. Members may remove themselves from the community by sending an email request to my2cents@australianretirementtrust.com.au or by selecting unsubscribe on a survey email invitation.
Q: What happens after I join?
A: Once you have signed-up to the community, you will be considered a member of the community. When a survey becomes available, you will receive an invitation email with a link to the survey.
Q: How can I unsubscribe from the Community?
A: Every email you are sent will have a link at the bottom that will allow you to unsubscribe from the My2cents community. You can also unsubscribe from the community by emailing us at my2cents@australianretirementtrust.com.au. If you unsubscribe you will no longer be a member of the community, not be able to access the community and will no longer receive emails from My2cents.

A: The easiest way to change your contact information is by emailing us at my2cents@australianretirementtrust.com.au and request a change. Please note that this will only change your contact information with the My2cents community. If you wish to change your contact details with the fund, you will need to contact Australian Retirement Trust directly at australianretirementtrust.com.au/contact-us.
