Q: What is ‘My 2 Cents’ all about?

A: ‘My2cents’ is an online research community provided by Sunsuper. Inside, you can share your feedback on Sunsuper as well as many other topics through online surveys, interesting activities and discussion forums. The feedback you provide is taken seriously and will help Sunsuper improve their products and services so we can serve our members better.

Q: What is an online research community?

A: An online research community is a group of individuals with similar interests and experiences, who have voluntarily chosen and signed up to participate in online research studies about various topics related to their common interests.

Q: Who is on the My 2 Cents community?

A: Participants of the My 2 Cents community are Sunsuper members and non-members who have qualified to join and are interested in sharing their opinions about their experiences with Superannuation and Sunsuper products & services.

Q: How many surveys do members (of the community) receive?

A: Community participants can expect to be contacted no more than once or twice a month, however Sunsuper would encourage members to participate in as many studies that they are invited to undertake. The reason for this is, it allows us to improve our programs and services by gaining a holistic understanding of our members’ experience. We hope members will participate in as many surveys / discussion forums as possible.

Q: What types of surveys will members participate in? How long will they be?

A: All surveys will be designed to be short and concise - we respect and value our members’ time. Surveys will be designed to assess a member’s experience, our performance and to identify areas where improvement may be required. They will also be designed to capture information on member satisfaction with service, communications and accountability. Member views, ideas, and opinions are important and matter to us.

Q: How do members complete a survey?

A: Members will be e-mailed a unique URL address for each survey where they can click on that URL or cut and paste it into a web browser. All surveys are to be completed online.

Q: How long will it take to complete each survey?

A: Members will typically have anywhere from 3 days to one week to complete each survey.

Q: Are there any prizes for filling out the surveys?

A: Every month, 4 lucky winners will receive $100 Coles Myer gift card. Each survey completed will enter Member’s into the monthly draw. Members can complete each survey only once. If a discussion forum is available to participate in that month, they will get one entry regardless of how many posts they make.

Q: How do members receive information about the survey topics they complete?

A: Certain survey results will be available to all members of the community via the member area, login is via the My 2 Cents website on http://www.my2cents.com.au A member newsletter will also be sent out regularly to keep them updated.

Q: How long will a member remain or remove themselves from the community?

A: Members may remain on the My 2 Cents community as long as they are actively participating in surveys. Members may remove themselves from the community by sending an e-mail request to support@my2cents.com.au
