To order forms over the phone, call 13 11 84 and access the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. Enter your employer number and postcode to access the phone order system. You will be prompted as you go through the process. When you have finished, the forms and/or publications you ordered will be sent to you within 7-10 working days.
