Whether you’re paying superannuation for one Sunsuper member, or hundreds, we have a payment method to suit your business.

Online payment methods

Direct debit

Direct debit is available to Sunsuper employers through Employer Online.

Simply log into Employer Online and submit your contribution details, we will then debit your bank account for the total amount of your contributions on the next business day.

BPAY®

Sunsuper employers who use Employer Online are able to pay all their employees’ contributions with a single BPAY payment.

Simply log into Employer Online and submit your contribution details, and you will be provided with a single BPAY biller code and reference number. You can then make your payment in the same way you would make any other BPAY payment.

Other payment methods

BPAY®

Employers without access to Employer Online can make individual BPAY payments for each of their employees using our BPAY number generator.

Simply enter the requested details into the BPAY® number generator and you will be provided with a BPAY biller code and reference number for each contribution type you would like to make. You can then make your payments in the same way you would make any other BPAY payment.

These payment details will stay the same for all future payments, so you don’t have to generate new details every time you want to make a payment.

When do I need to make my payments?

To make sure a Direct debit payment is received on time, all you need to do is submit your grid before 3pm on the day you want the contribution to be allocated and we’ll do the rest. For BPAY payments you will need to be mindful of your financial institutions processing time-frames and we recommend you allow at least three business days for payments be received.
