1. Find all your super accounts

It’s a good idea to regularly check for super accounts you may have lost touch with. Australia has billions of dollars in unclaimed super and some of it could be yours. It’s also worth checking your files for any other super statements you have hidden away. Take a note of the name of the super funds you find.

2. Use our rollover tool

If you're a Sunsuper member, the rollover tool completes the forms you need to combine your accounts in just 5 – 10 minutes. All you need to do is add the name of your other funds to the tool, then print, sign and return the populated forms to us. If you're not a member you'll need to join online first, then combine your super.

3. Get your proof of identity certified

Don't forget to get your proof identity documents certified (this is to prove you're the person who owns the money you are trying to transfer). You'll need to provide a copy for each fund.

What happens next?

The form may be returned to you if you don’t provide us with all of the information requested.
Once you provide all the required information, your other fund has up to 30 days to process your request from the date they receive your form.
You should make sure you understand any impacts this request may have on exit/withdrawal fees and insurance cover you hold with your other fund.
