How do I change my beneficiary(s) nomination?

You can change your preferred beneficiary(s) using Member Online or by completing a Change of details form.

You can change your binding beneficiary(s) by completing a Binding death benefit nomination form.

How do I give you my Tax File Number (TFN)?

Giving us your TFN is very important. If we don't have your TFN your employer contributions may be taxed at the top marginal rate - that's 46.5% and we won't be able to accept voluntary contributions from you.

Supplying us with your TFN will also ensure any Government co-contributions you are eligible for can be paid into your account accurately and quickly. Please call 13 11 84 to give us your TFN.
