Q: The browers test failed or didn't show me which browser I'm using.
A: If you didn't see which browser version you are using, you may need to enable JavaScript, or you may be using a browser that doesn't support JavaScript.
If you did see your browser version, but also saw the message below, then we don't recommend running the Sunsuper Member Online application on your browser. You will need to upgrade your browser to a newer version.
"Your browser is not capable to run Sunsuper Online Services because it is not Version 4 or above. Your browser will need to be upgraded."
Your options for installing a new browser version are:
Q: I am running Internet Explorer 5, when I performed the Java test, a dialog appeared telling me to install a Java Virtual Machine.

Q: I didn't see the Sunsuper logo within the Java test window.
A: Java may not be enabled. Find out how to enable Java for your browser.
Q: The encryption test resulted in a message saying my browser was unable to connect to the server.

If you do have a capable browser, please check that SSL 3.0 is enabled
If you connect to the Web through a Web proxy, you may need to change your proxy settings. Please ask your System Administrator/Internet Service Provider for more information.
Q: When I try to import contributions, Internet Explorer crashes.
