Registering for Member Online

To register for Member Online, you need to have a User ID and PIN. Your User ID is your member number. To request a PIN simply call our Customer Service Hotline on 13 11 84. When we have identified you, we will process your request and send you a PIN in the mail.

Your PIN must be 4 digits long. You agree that when you choose a PIN, you will choose something that will make it difficult for someone else to guess and that it will not be any of the following:

  • Your birth date
  • Your driver's license
  • A sequence of the same numbers (eg. 1111)
  • A sequence of consecutive numbers (eg. 1234 or 4321)

When you have received your PIN, you can register for Member Online by going to the Sunsuper web site located at www.sunsuper.com.au. You will be required to enter your User ID and PIN and to accept the Terms and Conditions before you use Member Online for the first time.

  • Not keep a written record of your PIN

  • Not allow any person to read or hear your PIN, or watch you enter your PIN
  • Tell us if you think or suspect that someone knows your PIN
  • Tell us as soon as you think or suspect that your PIN has been lost or stolen
  • Tell us if you think or suspect that there has been unauthorised access to your account
  • Log off immediately after you have finished accessing your account

You can change your PIN whenever you wish by entering a new PIN in Member Online. If you have forgotten your PIN, we will need to issue you a new one. Simply call our Customer Service Hotline on 13 11 84 and when we have identified you, we will send you a new PIN in the mail.

If you suspect that someone has become aware of your PIN, phone us on 13 11 84.
