Sunsuper has no liability for:

  • disclosure of information about you or your membership; or
  • any losses you incur as a result of an instruction provided to Sunsuper through this service, due to unauthorised use of your PIN, where the unauthorised use occurred as a result of you disclosing your PIN to any other person or failing to notify Sunsuper that you were aware or suspected someone knew your PIN.

You may contact our Customer Service Hotline if you have forgotten your PIN or if you become aware or suspect that any other person knows your PIN or there has been unauthorised access to your account. We will then issue you a new PIN.
